make it easy! SHIPPING &
HANDLING If your item is in-stock, we
will ship your item within 24
hours in most cases. In the case
of the item(s) not being
in-stock, we will quote a
delivery time as specified by the
manufacturer. We are not
responsible for extended lead
times of the manufacturer that
are contrary to original. Upon adding an item to your
shopping basket, you will be
notified of an approximate cost
of shipping that is accurate for
most destinations in Canada and
the USA. Should shipping be more
or less than shown, we will
notify you before accepting your
order. If you would like to ship
the order freight collect please

All freight damages must be
claimed within 24 hours of
receipt of your order. TERMS OF PAYMENT We accept Mastercard, Visa,

Payments can be made securely

our office and we can assist
you in processing your payment on
the phone. COD orders are not
accepted. WARRANTY All warranties are as per
manufacturer's warranty
guidelines. All claims can be
made directly through Material
Handling Express. All claims
shall be processed as per
manufacturer's guidelines. Please
call us for an authorized MHE
warranty depot near you. MHE is
not responsible for any claims,
damages, losses or liabilities
arising out of or related to a
products performance. The sum of
all warranty costs are limited to
the labour and parts of repairing
the unit as per manufacturer's
guidelines and stipulations. The
total liability shall not exceed
the total cost of the goods
sold. In no event shall MHE be
liable for any special, indirect,
incidental, consequential, or
punitive damages of any character
including, but not limited to ,
loss of use of productive
facilities or equipment, lost
profits, property damages,
personal injuries or lost
production, whether suffered by
the purchaser or any third party,
irrespective of whether claims or
actions for such damages are
based upon contract, warranty,
negligence, equipment
application, struct liability or
otherwise. RETURN POLICY All stock items may be
returned. A 15% restocking charge
will apply. Return freight is the
responsbility of the customer.
All goods must be returned within
15 days. Custom ordered items are
not returnable unless otherwise
authorized by the manufactuer. If
approved by the manufacturer,
restocking charges will apply at
a rate of a minimum of 15%. LIABILITY &
APPLICATION MHE can assist in recommending
the right product for your
application, however, does not
assume liability for any claims,
damages, losses or liabilities
arising out of the use of
products represented. The proper
use and application of the
equipment or products sold is the
sole responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer shall be responsible
for either; obtaining
professional training on the use
of the product purchased; and/or;
read carefully all manuals,
instructions or guides from the
manufacturer before using any
product. The buyer is also
responsible for ensuring that the
product is of appropriate quality
and specification for the work
application / duty required. |
